Your Role
Our production is characterized by low volumes and high complexity mixed with some high-volume products. We constantly strive to improve and expect you to actively participate in our improvement efforts.
You will need to build an extensive network with procurement, production engineers, project managers, production, quality, logistics, and the development department.
Work areas will more specifically involve:
* Leading cross-functional improvement projects (e.g., Authorization and competence requirements, logistics manual implementation, Hand scanner in goods reception, Supply point introduction, etc.)
* Implement and follow up activities and create demand within LEAN, focusing on 5S and VSM (Value Stream Mapping)
* Train and support personnel in improvement projects and LEAN
* Contribute to strategic development issues within the production system
Your Profile
You have worked in manufacturing industry with similar roles. We believe you have experience with complex products and varying production rates. We believe you as a person are characterized by great responsibility and openness to challenging existing work methods to find new efficient ways. You have knowledge and experience working with Lean Production and preferably experience with the MRP system IFS. Six Sigma experience is a significant plus.
As a person, you are driven, good at communicating, and have a desire to continuously improve. You can juggle multiple tasks and are not afraid of new challenges. You make things happen.
To succeed in the role, you have a relevant university degree or equivalent knowledge and experience. We also see that you have worked for a few years in a similar role, but can be junior and at the beginning of your career.
Further, you have:
* Several years of experience working with LEAN tools, behaviors, and leadership
* Interest in digitalization
* Experience implementing project and business development models
* Practical experience with change management and ability to engage people
* Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as communication occurs in both languages
