About this role

Autumn invites reflection, and with winter approaching, a new year is also on the horizon. If you are considering a job change before 2026, it might be time to take the first steps now. By starting the process today, you can greet the new year with new opportunities and renewed energy. At Nexer, you will have the chance to grow and develop in an environment where we are beginning to sense subtle changes in the market — things are moving, and new opportunities are emerging. As a consultant at Nexer, you will work on diverse assignments across various technologies and industries. With us, every assignment is an opportunity for growth — we strongly believe in development. We also believe in sustainable and long-term employment, where skill development and a balance between work and leisure are natural parts of everyday life. Who are you? Nexer in Skövde is set to grow, and we are now strengthening our fantastic team with experienced business developers and change leaders. In this role, you will work on assignments related to IT projects, feasibility studies, business processes, and management systems. We are looking for someone who excels at explaining complex technical solutions in a way that fosters both understanding and engagement — regardless of the audience. You have experience driving development and change initiatives in complex organizations and enjoy working both strategically and operationally on issues related to digitalization, change management, and business development. You will play a key role in improving and streamlining processes, projects, and change initiatives. The work is carried out in close collaboration with the client’s organization, where you ensure that changes achieve the desired effect and create lasting value. Examples of responsibilities: • Lead and coordinate business projects and change initiatives. • Identify and analyze areas for improvement within the organization. • Develop and implement strategies to optimize business processes. • Support and train employees in change initiatives and efficiency improvements. • Collaborate with various departments to ensure that business goals are met. Qualifications: • Relevant higher education, such as industrial economics, organization and leadership, or similar. • At least 5 years of experience in business development and/or change management. • Strong knowledge of project management and process optimization. • Experience leading and driving projects in IT environments, where you have worked on developing and implementing new systems, processes, and working methods. Experience working on assignments within the public sector is considered a plus. Fluency in both Swedish and English, spoken and written, is a requirement. As a person, you are results-oriented, proactive, and goal-driven — while also being flexible, self-sufficient, and adaptable to changing circumstances. You possess strong analytical skills and are adept at problem-solving. In addition to strong communication skills, you have a good ability to build and maintain professional and collaborative relationships. Who are we at Nexer in Skövde? When you step into our office in Skövde, you encounter more than just a workplace. Here, you will find a daily life where you can be yourself, contribute your unique skills — and grow, both as a professional and as a person. We believe in the power of diversity and know that it creates better ideas, stronger teams, and more sustainable results. With us, you work closely — no matter where you are. Close to colleagues, close to clients, and, above all, close to the needs. You will simply be involved where it happens — and make a real difference. The assignments you take on are engaging. They span the public sector, industry, defense, and other technology-driven sectors. Sometimes you work independently, sometimes in teams — often in a hybrid environment where you combine office, client, and home office in a way that suits both the assignment and your life. You will become part of a community where belonging is not just a word. Where security and balance are as self-evident as ambition and development. If you enjoy exciting assignments, friendly colleagues, and developing in your professional role — then you will thrive with us at Nexer in Skövde.
