RESPONSIBILITIES
• Initiate, lead, and follow up development efforts in pedagogy and didactics.
• Support the implementation of evidence-based teaching methods.
• Contribute to collegial learning and professional development.
• Analyze and follow up results to ensure quality and goal achievement.
• Function as a strategic support to management on issues related to teaching and learning.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for a business developer who has:
• Academic degree in pedagogy, didactics, or equivalent.
• Experience working with school development, teacher training, or similar.
• Good understanding of governance documents, the school's mission, and current research in didactics.
• Ability to work both strategically and operationally.
• Strong communication skills and experience leading processes.
Meritorious
• Experience with digital learning and development of teaching using digital tools.
• Experience in change management or project management.
• Previous work in municipal or state educational activities.
