Business Development Manager/Management Support

About Us The Midwifery Clinics and Gynecology Regional Area is part of Regional Health and has 67 clinics spread across the Västra Götaland Region. The operation is led by a regional area manager together with three area managers, supported by a staff, unit managers, business developers, and other key functions. Together, we work to develop and improve care for women throughout the region. About the Position We are seeking an engaged business developer who wants to be driving in the area's strategic development work. In this role, you will work on supporting and developing administrative processes within digitalization, production, and quality. You will be part of an area-level team but also work independently. The role also includes operational management support, where you contribute to ensuring the management group's work runs smoothly and goal-oriented. You will attend internal and external meetings, take notes, prepare documentation, and be responsible for document management and record-keeping. You will coordinate, follow up, and ensure that information and processes reach the right people at the right time. You will drive improvement work towards established goals and coordinate development within your profile area. Your employment will be at the area level, and you will work closely with the regional area manager and area managers. You will report directly to the regional area manager. About You We are seeking someone with a relevant university degree and documented experience working in the public sector, such as a region or other public organization. You have a good understanding of complex organizations, and previous experience in business development or project management is meritorious. You express yourself well both verbally and in writing, are accustomed to presenting to groups, and have experience preparing decision-making documentation. You have very good skills in the Office package and work comfortably in digital environments. Experience with SOFIA SharePoint is meritorious. To succeed in the role, you should be structured, responsible, and able to prioritize and drive processes forward. Furthermore, you are communicative, collaborative, and adept at creating good relationships. You also contribute to a professional and trustworthy work climate and act with clarity and commitment.
