The Swedish Companies Registration Office (Bolagsverket) is an authority located in Sundsvall with over 600 employees working together for simpler and safer business operations. The government has assigned us several important tasks within digitalization and crime prevention. Would you like to be part of this? Bolagsverket has recently strengthened its crime prevention efforts through a new department that focuses on the agency's contributions to the collective societal work against economic crime. The department is currently in a development phase where you will have the opportunity to help shape structures, working methods, and roles in this important and exciting development work. The Crime Prevention Department is tasked with overseeing Bolagsverket's crime prevention efforts. This includes setting requirements for control systems in the rest of the organization to ensure quality and accuracy, managing and identifying deviations, and analyzing and addressing risks. In addition, the department is responsible for quality assurance and registration of company data. **JOB DESCRIPTION** Are you passionate about control and auditing? We are now seeking a Business Developer for our Crime Prevention Department. You will have the opportunity to join us on our transformation journey and contribute to the development and influence of our crime prevention work. **Our Mission** You will belong to Control Unit 2, which is responsible for control activities and ensuring that audit cases are handled in a uniform and legally secure manner. Through control measures, risk analyses, and routines, the unit contributes to reducing the risk of Bolagsverket's registers being exploited for economic crime. The unit is also responsible for collaborating with other authorities on joint assignments in the area of money laundering and in government assignments aimed at strengthening control and supervision efforts. **Your Responsibilities** As a Business Developer with us, you will: - Lead and coordinate development assignments related to auditing and selection processes, from exploratory phases to implementation and follow-up within the line organization. - Develop and manage working methods and processes for risk-based selection to enhance the quality and accuracy of control activities. - Be responsible for producing decision-making materials, reports, and presentations. - Collaborate internally with the Legal Department for the interpretation of legislation and how it should be implemented in business development. - Work with other authorities to develop common methods, working practices, and regulatory applications within the control and supervision area. In this role, you need to have: - An academic degree in a relevant field (e.g., economics, statistics, social sciences, or information systems) or equivalent knowledge and experience deemed relevant by the employer. - Several years of current experience in leading, driving, and implementing business development. - Relevant experience in control activities from public administration or the banking and insurance sector. - Experience in practically implementing various working methods and leading different types of change initiatives. - Experience with agile working methods. - Very good knowledge of Swedish and good knowledge of English, as well as the ability to communicate clearly and pedagogically to different target groups, both orally and in writing. We consider it an advantage if you also have: - Experience in establishing and further developing methodologies for risk-based control. - Experience in translating changed legal requirements or legal assessments into new or adjusted work processes.
