The Security Operations area is responsible for the governance of security and ensures that there are conditions for Försäkringskassan to perform its tasks from a normal state to serious peacetime crises, war threats, and war. The area aims to create conditions to prevent and limit damage to Försäkringskassan's personnel, operations, information, property, and premises.
We are looking for a Business Developer for the Security Management Support area.
Business Planning, Structures, and Management Support
The tasks of the area consist of creating conditions for effective governance and management of the Security Operations area. As a Business Developer, you will be responsible for contributing to the advancement and development of the area’s operations, coordinating, and driving cross-functional assignments that contribute to Försäkringskassan's goals and vision. You will provide advisory support to the area manager and the management team.
In addition to focusing on the area and department, you will always carry the perspective of the entire agency, and the work is carried out in collaboration with colleagues within Försäkringskassan.
The position includes monitoring and being informed about current societal developments relevant to Försäkringskassan and analyzing potential consequences for the operations based on this. The work also involves participating in various networks and, among other things, driving or participating in preparations and business planning. The position requires handling confidential information, which places high demands on proper management. Therefore, it is important that you, as a potential employee, have a strong security awareness.

• has a university degree or equivalent experiences and qualifications
• has several years of experience in business planning, coordination, and follow-up
• has excellent knowledge of change and development processes

• can understand and analyze complex issues
• collaborates effectively with others to achieve common goals
• has good communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
It is advantageous if you:
• have good knowledge of Försäkringskassan's organization and management processes
• have experience working in a large public organization
• have work experience in the security field, where you have worked with business development or security issues.

This is a permanent, full-time position with a start date to be agreed upon. A probationary period may be applicable. In accordance with Försäkringskassan's security guidelines, background checks will be conducted as part of this recruitment. Swedish citizenship is required for this position.
