You take personal responsibility for your tasks and contribute to the collective development work. You are curious and drive development with the ability to initiate improvements. The ability to sort, prioritize, and bring tasks to completion is important for thriving in the role, alongside the capability to structure and work purposefully. **Conditions** With us, you will work in an administration focused on development, collaboration, and diversity.
