The transition is more than an organizational change; it is an opportunity to redraw the social welfare map in Östersund. Your assignment includes developing a plan for the work, creating favorable conditions for implementation, and following up and evaluating the development. You will contribute to the overall quality and direction by producing documentation, monitoring the external environment, and building relevant networks. To succeed in this role, you need to enjoy being the spider in the web. You appreciate service, co-creation, and driving processes forward.
