About this role

The Swedish Companies Registration Office (Bolagsverket) is an authority located in Sundsvall with over 600 employees working together for simpler and safer business operations. The government has assigned us several important tasks related to digitalization and crime prevention. Would you like to be part of it? Bolagsverket has recently strengthened its crime prevention efforts by establishing a new department focused on the agency's contribution to the collective societal work against economic crime. The department is currently in a phase of development where you will have the opportunity to help shape structures, working methods, and roles in this important and exciting development work. The Crime Prevention Department is responsible for Bolagsverket's crime prevention work. This includes setting requirements for control systems in the rest of the organization to ensure quality and accuracy, managing and identifying deviations, as well as analyzing and addressing risks. In addition, the department is responsible for quality assurance and registration of company information. **JOB DESCRIPTION** We are now enhancing our work by adding two driven business developers to our Crime Prevention Department. The department is under development, and as an employee, you will have the opportunity to be part of the transformation journey that the agency has begun. As a business developer in our Crime Prevention Department, you will work to drive and lead Bolagsverket's business development based on customer and operational needs, with a crime prevention holistic perspective. The department consists of five units: two control units, two units for company dissolution, and one unit that works on establishing coordinated register control in connection with procurement. The positions are located in one of the control units and one of the units for company dissolution. As a business developer, you may also have assignments in other units within the department. As a business developer with us, you will: • Lead and coordinate development assignments, from exploratory phases to implementation, including IT development • Be responsible for the overall execution of assignments - from the preparation of decision-making materials and planning to resource and competence assurance • Collaborate with other authorities to develop common methods, working practices, and regulatory applications in the crime prevention area • Drive and implement business and service development in agile teams with various competencies such as business specialists, business and IT architects, lawyers, and developers • Actively work with innovation in business and service development • Contribute to the unit's tactical and operational forums and address the unit's needs in line with Bolagsverket's vision With us, you will work in an agile development environment inspired by the SAFe framework, using tools such as Jira and Confluence. **WE OFFER** At Bolagsverket, you will be part of a modern and socially important authority with the mission to create security and transparency in business operations. You stand firm in your own opinions and in the execution of your assignments • Solution-oriented: You quickly find solutions to emerging problems and open up to new perspectives You also need to have a high degree of flexibility, collaboration skills, and initiative to drive your assignments. In this role, you need to have: • An academic degree in a relevant field (e.g., economics, law, social sciences, or computer science) or equivalent knowledge and experience deemed relevant by the employer • Several years of current experience in leading, driving, and implementing business development within government or the public sector • Experience in developing various working methods and leading different types of change processes • Experience working as a requirements setter for development teams with a focus on IT, for example, as a product owner • Experience with agile working methods • Very good knowledge of Swedish and good knowledge of English, as well as the ability to communicate clearly and pedagogically to different target groups, both verbally and in writing We consider it an advantage if you also have: • Experience working in accordance with changing legal requirements and legal assessments • Experience in service design or similar design and development work focused on user experience If this sounds appealing, challenging, and interesting - we would love to hear from you!
