The administration office serves our various units regarding overall administrative matters. We work to offer managers and employees multi-faceted support and provide residents with efficient service and accessible information. The Education Administration has a development and investigation unit that supports all educational activities from preschool to adult education. The Development and Investigation Unit is led by a Development Director where functions such as investigators, business developers, development leaders, and development teachers work in a matrix organization. WORK TASKS As a Business Developer, you work in a team, consulting with managers and colleagues to provide professional and sustainable support to operations. At a comprehensive level, you are expected to contribute to supporting operations in development, investigation, and quality issues. The Development Unit's goal is to support and drive development initiatives based on the operations' needs and goals. By working closely with core operations, the unit contributes to strengthening quality, efficiency, and long-term sustainability in the organization's work. All development occurs through collaboration and with a focus on creating concrete benefits for the operation and its users. You will be part of various contexts where you are expected to work cross-professionally and will be assigned independent responsibilities and tasks. We are seeking a Business Developer who, with a consultative approach, assists the organization in development work, projects, and processes. Based on prioritized development areas, you will work to identify improvements, analyze operational processes, and drive changes that strengthen quality, efficiency, and user experience. You plan, implement, and follow up on your work with a focus on long-term improvement, collaboration, and sustainable working methods. To create sustainable structures, you are expected to document and follow up on work with high transparency. A central task is to compile and analyze statistical data on knowledge results and surveys. As a Business Developer, your role is also to ensure that these documents are both quality-assured and appropriate for the operations. In this role, you will receive assignments to map and develop processes beneficial to the operations. Common work tasks also include managing government grants, school inspection matters, conducting investigations, and evaluations. QUALIFICATIONS We are seeking someone with an academic degree in, for example, political science, organization and leadership, or equivalent education that the employer deems suitable for the assignment. It is meritorious if you have knowledge of administrative and municipal law, as well as the Swedish school system. It is beneficial if you have training or certification in project management, change management, or business development. You express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, and are comfortable giving presentations to different groups. You should have good knowledge of the Office package and be an experienced system user. We are seeking someone who is engaged, solution-oriented, and analytical. You easily adopt an overall perspective and think strategically while being driven to work towards set goals and achieve results. You plan, organize, and prioritize work efficiently. You are confident, stable, and have self-awareness, and adapt your approach to different situations.
