About the Job As a business development manager at SV, you will work on creating and arranging local adult education activities in the form of study circles, courses, and cultural activities. You will develop contacts with circle leaders, participants, associations, and authorities, and be responsible for administration related to the activities. The work involves great independence and personal responsibility, but also extensive collaboration with other colleagues in the Jämtland County department, totaling approximately 13 people. In this role, you have the opportunity and space to be innovative and proactive within the framework of strategically set goals. Your Profile The role requires you to be communicatively skilled and able to build sustainable relationships through trust and confidence. Being able to listen and see others' potential is central. You also need to be comfortable with your personal leadership and able to take responsibility for structuring, prioritizing, and planning your work effectively. We Are Looking for Someone Who Has: • Social commitment and experience with volunteer work • Good organizational and collaboration skills. We work with goal-oriented working hours that may include work on certain evenings and weekends. Current office and operational location is in Hede, but this may change.
