About this role
We are seeking a Business Development Specialist for joint development in the Department of Joint Insurance Development and Survivor Benefits.
Are you interested in connecting case management operations with our IT deliveries? Then you could be one of the people we are looking for.
About the Job
We are seeking someone with a strong interest in developing services and helping us reach our vision. As a Business Development Specialist within the Joint Insurance Development unit, you will have a leading role in one of our trains, such as the Product Owner role.
As a Product Owner, you will drive forward the areas you own and ensure maximum value is continuously delivered for our customers. This requires close collaboration with the business and a vision of how the product should develop. You will be part of a development team where you play a central role representing the business's needs for both management and development activities. This means prioritizing, organizing, and leading the refinement of the team backlog administered in Jira. You will manage dependencies with other teams, within or outside your own train, to ensure that the activities your team has committed to during an increment are completed as agreed. Another important part of the Product Owner role, in addition to owning your team's backlog, is to be an active part of the train's product management and work in a forward-looking manner.
Your Profile
To thrive with us, you need to be independent and confident. You enjoy driving change and have the ability to continuously improve the organization. A prerequisite for success is having a consultative approach and a desire to acquire knowledge and develop together with your colleagues.
You are structured and work both goal- and result-oriented. You have strong analytical skills and can approach issues from a broad perspective. You also find it easy to collaborate and can anchor ideas with project members, managers, and colleagues. It is important that you have a good ability to visualize and explain complex issues in a simple and comprehensible way.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Relevant academic education or equivalent experience assessed by the employer
- Experience and good knowledge of driving business/service development
- Worked independently on investigations and analyses
- Experience working in agile roles according to SAFe for at least one year
- At least three years of experience handling the Swedish Pensions Agency's benefits
- Very good knowledge of K2/Elwis
In the selection process, we place particular emphasis on your personal qualities.
