Business Development Manager

Description Do you want to contribute to the development of future care and support in Karlstad? We are looking for someone who wants to work with digital management and development to help create a smart and sustainable city. Responsibilities In this role, you will work on tasks related to the management of operational systems and planning systems, as well as other technical and digital solutions. You will provide support to service providers within SoL (Social Services Act) and LSS (Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments) for technical and digital development. You will also handle support cases and incidents related to operational systems, planning systems, and other digital solutions. Currently, a transformation is underway where the municipality's technical platforms and structures are being renewed and developed. Within the framework of Smart Sustainable Karlstad, we focus on digital development that supports the core operations of the care and support administration. You will work closely with three colleagues in the same role and a development leader who coordinates the work based on agreements and the municipality's strategic plan. Additionally, you will be part of the development team, which consists of three more development leaders and a development manager. Above all, you will collaborate with service providers to support operational development using IT and digital services. Qualifications We are looking for someone with formal qualifications or equivalent experience in managing digital systems and who has a good understanding of municipal care and support operations. You enjoy working in a team and want to take responsibility for the overall delivery of technical and digital support.
