Business Development Manager

A Snapshot of Your Day As a Business Development Manager, you will support the business in strategic work to develop processes and organization to achieve our goals, in line with the business vision and business concept. Your central focus will be implementing strategic activities that management has identified as obstacles or opportunities to reach business objectives. You will sit in the management team and report directly to the responsible manager for Rotor Manufacturing and Hot Beskovling, participate in management team work, and work closely with management colleagues on issues within the role's responsibility. You will also collaborate to some extent with other business developers in adjacent areas. Areas of Responsibility: * Process Development: Develop and document our processes and methodologies. * Business Development: Function as a strategic sounding board and methodically support/drive achievement of strategic goals. * Project Implementation: Participate in or lead business development projects using appropriate methodology. * Quality Assurance: Support and drive root cause analyses and participate in internal audits. How You Will Make an Impact * Provide methodological support in establishing necessary processes. * Support management in identifying business areas with deficiencies that prevent goal achievement. * Drive work to establish processes and work methods. * Drive and/or support root cause analyses. * Provide support in change management. * Lead business development projects. * Prepare documentation in the form of reports, analyses, decision-making materials, and presentation materials. * Work on formulating policies, processes, routines, goals, measurement criteria, and follow-up. What You Bring * Experience: - Extensive experience in technical work before production, such as technician or process development, or background as production engineer or in logistics, with understanding of flows and production processes. - Knowledge of root cause analyses and ability to drive processes for increased efficiency. - Fluent Swedish and English, both written and spoken, is a requirement. - Education in production technology, LEAN, or similar is meritorious. - Experience driving improvement issues and handling quality deviations is meritorious. - Ability to work independently and drive work forward. - Good understanding of change management. - Knowledge of LEAN principles and experience with 6 Sigma projects is highly meritorious.
