SKB is seeking an engaged and qualified Business Protection Strategist. Where You Will Work The Security Unit is led by the Chief Security Officer and is tasked with leading, controlling, supporting, and developing business protection work within SKB. We are now seeking a Business Protection Strategist who will help drive work in security protection and physical protection. What You Will Do You will be a key person in business protection matters, which includes: • Leading, coordinating, specifying requirements, and following up SKB's business protection work together with the Chief Security Officer. • Independently driving and implementing tasks in the area. • Conducting follow-up and supervision within SKB's operations. • Serving as an expert and providing interpretation support in business protection. • Collaborating within the Vattenfall Group and with others in the industry. • Managing external and internal requirement frameworks in the area. • Participating in interpretation of regulations and conducting reviews. Requirements We are seeking someone who wants to work strategically with business protection. You thrive in a role with many contact points where you drive and lead changes from a long-term holistic perspective, while being flexible and able to handle sudden situations. You have an overview, critical thinking, and good analytical skills. As a person, you have good collaborative abilities, listening, communicating, solving issues, and handling disagreements constructively. You have several years of experience in security protection and security protection legislation. A requirement is good knowledge of business protection issues and relevant legislation. Experience in the nuclear power industry and its regulations is meritorious. SKB's management system is in Swedish, so good Swedish language skills are required. You should be able to express yourself well verbally and in writing in both Swedish and English. A valid B driver's license is required as business travel is involved.
