Contribute to Facility Management in an Expansive Office Environment
The Swedish Defense Property Administration is a critical public agency experiencing strong growth. In January 2026, a new Facility Management and Internal Services unit will be formed, currently consisting of five employees and a unit manager. You will work closely with the site manager at the Lovön office.
Our Lovön project site has expanded in number of projects, buildings, and employees, increasing the need for internal support. As part of this, we are now seeking a Business Coordinator who wants to contribute to the development!
As a Business Coordinator, you'll be part of this new unit with administrative tasks. Given the ongoing growth journey, tasks may be adjusted or complemented during the work. Example tasks include:
• Administering office purchases
• Supporting budget planning and development
• Handling office operations issues with the site manager, such as maintaining common office spaces, coordinating overall information, serving as a contact for external suppliers, managing visitor registrations and key receipts, and contributing to on- and offboarding processes. Other office operations tasks may also arise
• Serving as an administrative resource for the new unit in Eskilstuna for additional needs like meeting bookings, system matters, and project-specific tasks
The role involves working proactively and service-oriented in an environment with high demands for security and structure. Since the role is new, there will be an opportunity to help shape working methods and routines together with colleagues.
Qualifications
We are seeking candidates who have:
• Completed high school education or post-secondary education in administration, property management, or similar field deemed appropriate by the employer
• Experience with administrative work in a coordinating role within a larger organization
• Good skills in Office suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
• Excellent ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
• Driver's license, Class B, and Swedish citizenship
Previous experience in a similar Business Coordinator role in facility management is meritorious.

About the Position
This is a permanent position that may begin with a probationary period. As a permanent employee, you will be war-placed. Location is Lovön. Employment requires Swedish citizenship and placement in a security class.
