JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As an Operations Planner within Lomma home care, your three main tasks will be to plan visit routes in Lifecare Planning, manage staffing planning, and assist in the administrative operations. Since we at Lomma home care believe that we are stronger together, you will continuously engage in a trust-based and dialog-driven collaboration with nursing assistants and care aides, team leaders, operations planners, and unit managers.
Job responsibilities include:
- Planning daily operations (Lifecare Planning).
- Planning and collaborating with other professionals regarding discharges.
Staffing
- Personnel and payroll administration (Visma, Timecare, Vikariebanken, employment contracts, vacation lists, etc.)
- Induction and termination of staff
- Scheduling & vacation planning
- Scheduling and follow-up of staff training/delegation
- Coordination of operational tasks and support to the unit manager
- Following the LAS list for staffing
- Temporary staff follow-up
Operational Administration
- Orders and purchases
- Handling of staff clothing
- Receiving deliveries
- Invoice handling and accounting
- Mobile device management & IT issue reporting
- Vehicle management
- Bicycle management
- Responsibility for premises, office supplies, issue reporting, and service functions
Fire protection control according to SBA procedures
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who:
- Has at least a high school diploma or vocational college degree
- Has experience in home care or residential care
- Has experience in administrative work and personnel administration within healthcare and/or elderly care
- Proficiently uses the Swedish language in both spoken and written form
- Has good IT skills and experience working with various operational systems (such as Visma, Agresso, Vikariebanken, Timecare, Lifecare)
- Is financially aware
- Is meticulous and structured
- Has the ability to establish good relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Has strong organizational skills, is service-minded, and possesses a positive attitude
- Can work independently and take responsibility for their tasks
- Holds a valid B driving license
It is an advantage if you have vocational training, such as in management support or other education in logistics or personnel administration.
