Do you want to help shape the future of care? In the role of Operations Manager, you will hold a key position in developing and quality-assuring a service that truly makes a difference for the individuals we support.
This position is situated within the Health and Medical Services sector, where you will report to the head of operations and work closely with unit managers, staff, and both internal and external collaborators.
The sector encompasses municipal primary care, health-promoting and preventive services, as well as short-term operations. We are currently on an exciting transformation journey related to Close Care and the new Social Services Act. You will play an important role in translating strategic goals into concrete actions. You will encounter a work environment characterized by engagement, professionalism, and a strong focus on development.
**Responsibilities**
As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for driving and supporting the development of the service with a focus on quality, efficiency, and long-term sustainability. Through strategic analysis, coordination, and implementation of improvement measures, you will ensure that the service complies with relevant legislation and meets both political goals and citizens' needs. You will lead overarching development projects and provide support to unit managers as needed.
**Qualifications**
We are looking for candidates with solid experience in social services and/or health care. You possess good knowledge of relevant legislation. A degree in social work, health and medical care, social sciences, or equivalent is required. We also welcome candidates with leadership experience and training, as well as experience in service development, process improvement, or quality work within social services or health care.
