The Role – For Those Who Want to Make a Difference As the Operations Manager, you will have overall responsibility for leading, planning, and developing the bakery's operations. You will work closely with both production and administration, serving as the connecting link between staff, finance, quality, and customer relations. You will report to management and play an operational role in the company's growth and future development.
