We are now seeking an Operations Manager to lead and develop RECAT, which also includes contributing to the further development of the entire national innovation system in which RECAT is a part. The Operations Manager's responsibilities include representing RECAT in national programs, developing European collaborations through various European project funding instruments, and, where relevant, developing other international collaborations. As part of RECAT, you will collaborate with top international universities, leading industry partners, and groundbreaking European initiatives. You will contribute to shaping the next generation of digitized, sustainable battery production and educating future talents at the heart of Europe's green industrial transformation. If you are driven to push the boundaries of science and innovation and to transform research into real solutions, we invite you to join our team in northern Sweden – one of the most dynamic regions for green industrialization worldwide. Qualifications For this position, a PhD in a field relevant to RECAT's activities is required.
