About this role

**About the Position** As an Operations Coordinator with our client, you will have a broad and varied role where you will primarily be responsible for the company's administrative tasks such as registering stores and orders, as well as assisting with inquiries from partners and suppliers. You will be part of a professional and positive team of 5 people and will initially handle the Swedish market, while also providing support for Norway and Denmark. You will work office hours, Monday to Wednesday, from the office in Malmö. In your role as Operations Coordinator, your main responsibilities will include: - Internal and external customer contacts - Case management in various systems - Assisting suppliers and partners via email and phone The position of Operations Coordinator is a temporary role at 60% with an immediate start and will last for approximately 7 months. **About You** We are looking for someone with experience in administrative work and customer interaction. You are trustworthy and enjoy having extensive contact points, both internally and externally. You have good computer skills and experience working with various business systems. As a person, you are unpretentious and thrive with varied tasks in a fast-paced environment. This role requires you to be organized, plan effectively, and structure your work, as well as work independently. With your helicopter perspective, you easily create the order necessary for efficient work. Furthermore, we believe that you are a driven and social individual who enjoys a coordinating role with a lot of customer contact. Your positive attitude is contagious among both colleagues and customers. Since the office operates in the Scandinavian market, it is advantageous if you, in addition to Swedish, are proficient in Norwegian or Danish. **Important for the Position:** - Experience in administrative work - Good computer skills and experience working with various systems - Ability to handle stress We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.
