The current position is located at the Municipal Executive Administration, Department of Chancellery, Digitalization, and Security. We need to strengthen our team working with security and emergency preparedness and are seeking someone who wants to be a crucial part of enhancing and maintaining the municipality's capabilities in this area. TASKS As a Coordinator, you will play a central role in conducting the municipality's work in security and civil preparedness. The role involves coordinating work across all operations and providing operational support, such as participating in the development of continuity plans. You will also work on risk and vulnerability analyses, systematic security work, and further develop the municipality's ability to prevent and manage situations during peacetime crises and heightened alert. The role includes working as an On-Duty Emergency Responder (TIB). QUALIFICATIONS We are seeking a responsible candidate who is good at planning and executing tasks. You are stable and confident in stressful situations and can communicate clearly and build trust. You have strong analytical skills, are self-driven, and well-organized. Additional qualifications: • Relevant university or college education, or other education and experience deemed equivalent • Work experience in security or civil preparedness • Experience in municipal operations or previously working in a politically governed organization is meritorious. OTHER The position is classified in a security class, which means a security review and background check will be conducted according to the Security Protection Act before employment. Swedish citizenship is required. We plan to conduct interviews on December 5th or 8th.
