In this role, you will have a coordinating and supportive responsibility for key processes such as onboarding, recruitment, administration, office environment, events, and resource planning. If you are our new Operations Coordinator - click the "Apply Now" button. **A Key Role in a Dynamic Organization** Your primary task will be to assist managers and employees in their daily operations to ensure smooth workflow. You will serve as a bridge between consultants, managers, and the management team, and we encourage you to proactively identify areas for improvement and drive initiatives to enhance our work processes. Over time, there are great opportunities to grow in this role with increased responsibilities and new tasks. We implement a hybrid solution with flexible options for office and remote work, but for this particular role, we prefer you to be present at the office in Stockholm. **Examples of Responsibilities:** **Operations Coordination** - **Onboarding and Offboarding** – Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding of new employees and interns, including the organization of introductory programs. - **Recruitment** – Oversee the recruitment of interns and support in the recruitment of new employees. - **Event and Meeting Coordination** – Plan and organize management meetings, breakfasts, client events, internal annual calendars, and certain employee activities. - **Office Environment** – Ensure a well-functioning and enjoyable office environment in collaboration with Facility Management and consultants. - **Subcontractors** – Coordinate subcontractors, contracts, and invoicing. - **Framework Agreements** – Manage framework agreements and their follow-up. - **IT and Systems Support** – Coordinate IT-related matters such as ordering computers, phones, and other work tools. - **Administrative Support** – Act as the "go-to person" in the office and assist consultants in finding the right support and solutions. - **Resource Coordination** – Support managers with coordination and problem-solving related to consultant staffing. **Who Are You?** We are looking for a sociable, structured, and service-oriented problem solver who enjoys being at the center of events. You view AI as a natural part of your daily routine and are enthusiastic about applying AI in all aspects of the work while being quick to adapt to new IT systems and applications, demonstrating a continuous learning attitude. **Qualifications:** - Experience in coordinating and service-oriented roles. - Strong organizational skills and a habit of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. - Strong communication skills in Swedish and English. - Excellent proficiency in Office 365. - Experience working independently and proactively. - Experience in consulting is advantageous but not a requirement.
