For our client, a leading player in business systems and digital operational solutions, we are now seeking a Business Consultant specializing in Dynamics 365 F&O. The company combines extensive experience with a forward-looking approach and has a clear focus on customer relationships, quality, and long-term development. This role is for you who want to work closely with the business, understand the flows behind the business systems, and contribute to improvements that make a difference in everyday operations.
Responsibilities and Areas of Expertise
As a Business Consultant in business systems, you will be the link between users and technology. You will analyze business flows, capture needs, and ensure that the solutions in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations genuinely support the business – in areas such as purchasing, logistics, production, and finance. You will work in an advisory capacity, often in close collaboration with customers, developers, and architects. This role does not involve coding, but rather understanding how processes work and how they can be developed. Here, you will combine your business acumen with a growing interest in systems – and create real value for the customer.
Your Profile
You have a natural ability to see how details connect with the whole. Where others see ambiguity, you find structure and a way forward. Communication is one of your strengths – you listen, explain, and build trust through clarity. You are driven by creating order, finding solutions, and improving what can be done better. And even if you are not a technician, your curiosity is piqued when you see how digital solutions can simplify and strengthen operations. The role requires that you have:
- Post-secondary education in economics, purchasing, logistics, or a related field.
- At least one year of experience working in one of these areas.
- A good understanding of business processes and how system support can contribute to efficiency.
- Proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
It is advantageous if you:
- Have worked as a superuser, system administrator, or participated in an implementation project.
- Have experience with larger business systems such as SAP, Dynamics 365, or similar.
