Our Offer
The Hand and Plastic Surgery Clinic (HPK) with Burn Center is part of the Sensory Center in Östergötland. HPK provides high-quality healthcare in the areas of hand surgery, plastic surgery, and burn care. The facility provides national, regional, and county healthcare with outpatient, day, and inpatient services. Our Burn Center is a national highly specialized unit (NHVe), as is gender dysphoria and soon peripheral facial palsy.
The clinic conducts intensive research and development and is a university healthcare unit. Our goal is to provide good and safe care with the patient in focus, through high competence, committed employees, and a good work environment. We have approximately 140 employees.

Job Description
As an operations administrator, you will be responsible for the clinic's payroll administration and provide support to the clinic's management team in administrative tasks. You will among other things be a control function and support regarding laws, collective agreements, schedule and salary issues. Furthermore, you will be responsible for IT authorizations and support employees in our personnel administrative systems (Heroma and Tessa). The role also includes helping clinic employees with everything from travel, authorizations, and orders – a mix of large and small issues that create a varied workday. You will perform and plan your work tasks independently in close dialogue with the Deputy Head of Operations, who will also be your immediate manager.
About You
We are looking for someone with previous work experience in payroll administration, supporting managers in administrative and personnel-related matters, such as interpreting agreements and collective agreements, taking minutes, and handling simpler payroll issues. Education in labor law is considered meritorious. Additionally, work experience in healthcare or similar tasks in a 24/7 operation is advantageous. You have an excellent ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish and English. You also have good experience with IT systems. Experience working in personnel administrative systems like Tessa and/or Cosmic is strongly meritorious. You are driven by providing good service and facilitating your colleagues' workday.

When circumstances change, you can quickly adapt your perspective and approach and see opportunities.

This is a permanent position that may begin with a six-month probationary period. Start date according to agreement.
