About the job The work involves implementing decisions for the services of contact persons, escort services, respite care, and support families, according to LSS (the Act concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments). This is done with service recipients and intermittently employed staff (hourly employees). The target group includes children, youth, adults, and the elderly. Responsibilities - You have overall responsibility for recruiting employees and service recipients for the various services. - You guide and support staff and service recipients as needed. - You collaborate with the person receiving the service, guardians, legal representatives, or trustees, as well as individuals in the recipient's network. - You are responsible for systematic documentation, the establishment of implementation plans, payroll management, etc. The work is carried out in close collaboration with colleagues in the team, where 50% administrative support is included. Great emphasis is placed on personal qualities such as a positive attitude, flexibility, good collaboration skills, and initiative. Qualifications - You have a higher education degree in social pedagogy, behavioral science, social work, or another higher education qualification deemed equivalent by the employer. - You have good and broad knowledge of various diagnoses within LSS and SoL (the Social Services Act). - You have knowledge of low-arousal approaches and alternative and augmentative communication (AAC). - You work through creating a secure and motivating pedagogical approach.
