About the Role
As an Operations Manager, you will lead and develop the quality of the operations in a pedagogical and business-oriented manner. It is important to us that you want to be active and present in the operations. This is to ensure that the company's values, current agreements, and applicable legislation are followed. You will also nurture and develop relationships with employees, residents, and relatives within the operations. You will maintain good relationships with relevant authorities. You report to the regional manager and are part of their management team, with budget and result responsibility for the operations.

About Villa Soldalen
The facility is located a stone's throw from the sea and offers bright, beautiful premises. The operations have been in operation since September 2023. Villa Soldalen offers permanent housing aimed at both individuals with care needs and those with dementia. There are a total of 60 apartments, and the facility includes several common areas such as a banquet hall and a small rooftop terrace. A large lovely garden with gardening opportunities that also invites both relaxation and activity. Vardaga's goal is to provide the best possible care for those living with us. • Young Care: We have a collaboration with the company Young Care. This means that a team of young people aged 14–18 visits us on weekends and holidays. Young Care engages in various activities with us who work here, to enhance the experience for the residents.
• Group Managers: You have a manager nearby who spends part of their time working in the operations. This can also be a career opportunity for you as a nursing assistant.
• Animals in Care: We work with animals in care and have regular visits from therapy animals.
Your Experience and Knowledge

You have a relevant higher education in health and social care (e.g., social worker, nurse, social care) and experience in leading elderly care. You also have several years of documented experience in managerial roles and good references regarding leadership. Good computer skills and experience with documentation are important. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
