We are now looking for a driven Operations Manager to join our team. We offer leadership programs, meaningful work, and the opportunity to make a difference!
At Nytida, we are in constant development. With us, you can grow as a person while making a difference for others. Our culture is permeated by our values – respect, responsibility, simplicity, and knowledge.
What you will receive from us:
• Basic training upon permanent employment with Nytida, as well as professional development through our own training organization, Lära.
• Leadership programs for all future managers through Lära.
• Benefits portal with discounts and offers.
• Coaching and supportive managers close to you.
• A shared pedagogy to provide the best care and support to our care recipients.
• Career and development opportunities.
We also offer a collective agreement, occupational pension, insurance, and wellness benefits.
About the role
For us, it is important that you, as Operations Manager, want to be active and close to the operations. This is a prerequisite for you to nurture and develop relationships with employees, residents, relatives, and authorities. By being close to the operations, you can also ensure that the company's values, the pedagogical framework, and applicable legislation are adhered to in your operations. You both want and have the ability to manage and follow up on the operations based on the company's goals and financial frameworks. You have budget and result responsibility and report to the regional manager, being part of their management team.

Active leadership
To succeed as a manager and leader with us, an active leadership grounded in our values is required. Therefore, we train all managers through Lära's leadership program. A leadership that creates motivation and engagement among our employees. You are proactive and responsive to the needs of the customers and have an inherent respect for other people.
Your experience and knowledge
We are looking for someone with a relevant higher education in care and support (e.g., social work, social care) and experience in care operations. You have at least two years of documented experience in managerial roles and good references regarding leadership.
You have a coaching approach and want to see your employees grow and develop in their professional roles. You enjoy giving and receiving feedback and breaking down and working towards set goals. You are solution-oriented and see opportunities rather than obstacles.
