As our current Facility Manager moves to another assignment within Vardaga, we are seeking a new Facility Manager for a full-time, permanent position at Solbacken Care Home in central Stockholm. We offer leadership training and several benefits.

About the Role
As Facility Manager, you will lead and develop the facility's quality in a pedagogical and business-oriented manner. It's important that you want to be active and present in the operations to ensure compliance with company values, current agreements, and applicable legislation.
In the facility, you will nurture and develop relationships with employees, residents, and their families. You will maintain good relations with relevant authorities. You will report to the Regional Manager and be part of their management team, with budget and results responsibility for the facility.

About Solbacken
Solbacken is a dementia care facility with 64 places, including group housing, short-term care, respite care, and a day activity center. Couples can also live together.
Your Experience and Knowledge
We are looking for someone who:
• Is coaching and wants employees to grow, develop, and take responsibility
• Enjoys giving and receiving feedback and working towards set goals
• Is solution-oriented and sees opportunities rather than obstacles
• Is unpretentious, independent, and collaborative
• Is business-minded in steering and following up the facility based on quality and economic frameworks
Requirements:
• Relevant higher education in healthcare (e.g., social worker, nurse)
• Experience in elderly care
• Several years of documented management experience
• Good references in leadership
• All facility managers complete our leadership program
• Good computer skills and documentation experience
