We are looking for someone who is a confident and inspiring leader with a passion for creating improvement and development. As Business Unit Manager with us, you will have a central role in leading and driving change work - both in the daily operations and in our long-term development efforts. You will work independently to develop the organization, your employees, and the culture towards shared goals.
You will be part of a context with competent support functions that provide you with the tools and support to succeed. Here, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of care and lead an organization in transition - where your leadership makes a real difference.

Position as a Business Unit Manager Who Makes a Difference:
As Business Unit Manager, you will have overall responsibility for employees, finances, quality, and customer relations. The role also includes leading and driving development projects, identifying improvement areas, and implementing new working methods.
You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders such as customers, relatives, municipalities, and authorities, and receive support from our support functions in finance, HR, care and quality, communication, and business development.
You will report to the Regional Manager and be an active part of the region's management team, contributing to shaping the region's direction and future.
We Offer:
You will have the opportunity to influence the company's direction. In the family-owned Forenede Care, you will be part of a context where you can make a difference every day through your personality, competence, and commitment. We offer internal and external training where you as an individual can grow and develop both as a person and professionally.
We have collective agreements and, of course, offer wellness benefits.
Who Are You?
To succeed in the role, you need to be a courageous and committed leader with a strong ability to inspire, communicate, and create structure in change processes. You enjoy taking initiative, driving development, and making decisions that move the organization forward.
You have a strategic and analytical approach but also thrive close to operations and your employees. You understand the importance of a sales-oriented and solution-focused approach and easily create good relationships with customers, employees, relatives, and partners.
At Forenede Care, we value leaders who are attentive, empathetic, and clear - who can combine care with determination in change.
Qualifications and Experience:
The operation is licensed and requires you to have relevant higher education as you will be responsible for the operation's authorization with IVO. To be considered for the position, you will need to be approved by IVO.
