About us
Gallo Home Care AB is a newly established home care service with the goal of providing the residents of Landskrona with safe, professional, and individualized care. We are building a small, stable, and quality-assured operation where presence, continuity, and respect are key principles in daily work. The Role of Operations Manager
As the Operations Manager, you will have overall responsibility for ensuring that the operations are conducted in accordance with the Social Services Act (SoL), applicable regulations, and the company’s internal governing documents. You will lead the operational activities and be a central part of the company’s strategic development.
Your responsibilities include:
- Ensuring that the operations are conducted in accordance with laws, regulations, and quality requirements
- Monitoring social documentation, quality, and deviation management
- Planning, developing, and following up on the operations' goals, results, and working environment
- Leading and developing the staff group, including recruitment, onboarding, and professional development
- Participating in the establishment of the company’s management system for systematic quality work
- Building good relationships with Landskrona municipality, case managers, and other partners
Experience in personnel management and quality work is an advantage. Experience as a case manager is also considered a plus.
You will be part of the management team and become a key person in the long-term development of the operations.
Qualifications
Formal requirements:
- Degree in social work, nursing, or another relevant higher education in social work, care, or behavioral sciences
- At least three years of experience in elderly care, home care, or another relevant field
- Experience in personnel management and quality work is an advantage
- Good knowledge of SoL, work environment legislation, and the National Board of Health and Welfare's regulations
- Excellent ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish

We will obtain references from two previous supervisors prior to employment. A criminal record check and proof of qualifications will be required before employment.
