About Ellagård
Ellagård receives families on assignment from social services and offers both assessment and treatment interventions on a full-time basis. Here we work in a cross-professional manner to create clarity, security, and good conditions for change. The team consists of facility manager, unit manager, psychologist, therapist, nurse, investigation manager, treatment manager, family therapist, and service personnel such as chef, cleaning staff, and caretaker. Amplius Omsorg's head office is located in Karlskrona.
About the Role
As facility manager, your assignment is to manage, develop, and quality-assure the operation. You are the permit holder and have full responsibility for personnel, work environment, and budget. In daily work, you lead employees closely and present, and you create conditions for each employee to contribute to a safe and professional environment.
You report to Amplius' operational manager and are part of their management team, where you become part of a cohesive and supportive leadership team.
Your Main Responsibilities:
· Lead and develop the operation with responsibility for personnel, quality, and finances
· Create good relationships and professional collaboration with families, clients, and relatives
· Collaborate with Amplius specialist team and contribute to our collective development
· Responsible for quality and operational development
· Responsible for conducting systematic and strategic work towards Amplius quality goals
· Work with marketing and customer contact
· Participate in management team meetings with other facility managers
Start date according to agreement.
About You
We are looking for someone who thrives close to operations and leads with security, attentiveness, and professionalism. Our target group consists of families with complex issues and extensive needs, which requires stable leadership, good decision-making skills, and ability to navigate a changing daily environment.
You inspire development and sustainable working methods, and you easily create structure, build relationships, and anchor decisions.
We prefer that you have:
· College/university degree in relevant field, such as social worker, psychologist, or behavioral scientist, with formal possibility to hold permits according to IVO
· Documented experience with personnel, budget, and work environment responsibility
· Basic knowledge of labor law and work environment legislation
· Experience working with children and youth in HVB or LSS
· Good verbal and written communication skills
· Good system proficiency
· B driver's license
