Blomsterfonden is a non-profit organization working to provide the elderly with a safe home, professional care, and a meaningful daily life.
We operate five senior living communities with vibrant social engagement, in-home care services, and four elder care facilities focusing on secure care. Our goal is to give older people a richer life – filled with community, compassion, and joy. Our work is guided by our ethical values: humanity, participation, clarity, and honesty.
The organization was founded in 1921 by Alma Hedin. Under her leadership, a special spirit emerged – the Blomsterfonden spirit – which still characterizes our operations today. We continue Alma's work by valuing the core of every human life: recognizing an individual's capacity, will, and emotions.
Blomsterfonden also actively supports relatives. We organize and participate in various forums to spread knowledge about the needs and life situations of the elderly.

We are Seeking a Care Operations Manager Who Wants to Lead and Develop the Home Care of the Future!
Do you thrive on varied, interesting, and complex tasks that require the ability to combine good care, excellent customer service, and effective management for our clients' benefit? As an Operations Manager at Blomsterfonden, you will be responsible for leading and distributing daily work in your department. Through clear and confident leadership, you will create conditions for employees to grow and develop. Together, you will achieve set goals by delivering high-quality care and service based on Blomsterfonden's core values. You will work on continuous improvements and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
In this role, you will have full responsibility for personnel, budget, and results, as well as ensuring a good work environment and high customer satisfaction. You will report to the Care Services Manager and be part of the management team for all care and support operations.

Qualifications:
• University degree in social services (e.g., social worker, social care, nursing, or behavioral sciences)
• Courses in social law and labor law of at least 7.5 credits each
• At least 5 years of continuous practical experience in a leadership position with personnel and work environment responsibilities in home care/elderly care
• Practical experience with Social Services Act integration, budget work, and personnel management in care
• Experience in leadership and change management
• System knowledge relevant to the role (scheduling system Medvind, Epsilon Welfare, Phoniro, Treserva)
• Excellent Swedish language skills, both verbal and written
• Valid driver's license (B)
