About the Facilities
HVB Sandgatan is a residence in Linköping with 8 apartments. The target group is youth between 16-20 years old.
HVB Vasavägen is a residence in Linköping with 12 apartments. The target group is youth between 16-20 years old.
These residences are located within a 10-minute walking distance from each other in the Vasastan district.
About the Role
As Operations Manager, you have overall responsibility for the facility, and your primary task is to lead and drive the work at the residence. In this role, you are responsible for daily operations, facility planning, and providing employees with the best conditions to contribute to high-quality care and support. With responsibility for personnel, economics, and quality, you will follow up on facility goals and contribute to systematic quality work. In this role, you are the permit holder for the unit and have workplace environment responsibility. You will report to the Regional Manager.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Responsibility for daily operational activities, personnel, and scheduling
• Conduct systematic quality and facility development
• Ensure compliance with agreements, assignments, and regulations
• Responsible for client admission decisions and maintain good cooperation with clients, commissioners, and relatives
• Facility economics and budgeting
• Ensure occupancy based on budget and set goals
• Collaborate with sales and support functions
Who We Are Seeking
We are looking for someone who enjoys facility development and actively contributes their knowledge. You have experience working with youth care facilities and previous leadership experience. You have a strategic perspective, work goal-oriented, and proactively find solutions. Furthermore, you are independent, adaptable, and accustomed to driving your work forward with a focus on quality and efficiency.
As a leader, you are comfortable making decisions based on established goals and within the framework of the assignment. Since you will have a coaching function towards your employees, we place great importance on you being team-oriented and relationship-building.
Qualifications
Requirements:
• Higher education such as social worker, behavioral scientist, or equivalent qualification as per National Board of Health and Welfare (IVO) requirements
• Basic education in social law of at least 7.5 credits
• Minimum 2 years of management experience
• Previous experience in youth care facilities
• Experience in budgeting and financial analysis
• Class B driver's license
