About Viljan Broarp HVB Broarp in Eksjö is a residential care facility for children and young people aged 12-23, with neuropsychiatric disabilities and psychosocial issues. Our goal is for each young person to achieve independence based on their individual abilities. We accept boys from all over Sweden with neuropsychiatric disabilities. We do not work with youths who have substance abuse or criminal identities. Our facility has 18 places, divided into three treatment units and two apartments for boys over 18 as a form of transition. We collaborate with Broarps School, where there is an opportunity for adapted schooling. At Broarp, there is also a special unit with five places, Slussen, where we can accommodate emergency placements—both boys and girls—for more individualized treatment solutions or assessments. **Description of the Position as Operations Manager** In your role as Operations Manager, you will work independently to drive, lead, and develop the operation. You will have access to a well-established concept based on a solid quality assurance process and a systematic work environment approach, supported by regional resources and departments for quality, finance, marketing, and HR. You will report directly to the Regional Manager and be part of a competent management team where you will receive support and guidance to succeed in your role. You will also have the Regional Operations Manager on-site to assist and introduce you to the work. As Operations Manager, you will also have the responsibility of being the appointed supervisor and hold the license with IVO. Therefore, we will only consider candidates who meet our criteria. You are engaged by and oriented towards teamwork and co-creation. You need to have a good ability to create a safe and inclusive work environment within the team. You should be a clear communicator and possess strong reflective skills. You need to be a leader with a high capacity for responsibility and decision-making. **Main Responsibilities:** - Lead, drive, and oversee the treatment work with children and young people in the facility based on social services' mandates and care plans. - Conduct suitability assessments and match placements. - Engage in dialogue with referral sources and relatives. - Manage the operation according to our quality and management system. - Ensure that documentation of interventions complies with applicable laws and regulations. - Develop and adhere to the budget. - Oversee administrative processes (e.g., payroll, invoicing, purchasing). - Manage personnel matters (e.g., work environment, HR administration, recruitment, employee dialogue, professional development). - Drive and develop the operations together with the facility's staff. **Qualifications Required:** - Degree in Social Work, Behavioral Science, or other equivalent education (Not HSL). - At least two years of managerial experience. - At least two years of experience working in residential care for children and young people. **Meritorious:** - Knowledge of neuropsychiatric disorders (NPF). - Familiarity with methods such as MI, TMO, LAB, etc. **Summary** **Role:** Operations Manager/Supervisor **Employment Type:** Permanent with a 6-month probationary period **Workload:** 100% **Working Hours:** 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday **Start Date:** By agreement **Collective Agreement:** Vision E **What Can We Offer You?** Viljan is part of Attendo, a secure employer that can offer good opportunities for employees who wish to take on more responsibility or move into new roles.
