At Assistansporten, we are currently seeking a dedicated Operations Manager for our home care services in southern Stockholm. About the Role As an Operations Manager with us, you will be responsible for managing operations within home care. You have the ultimate responsibility to lead and coordinate our staff in daily operational work alongside the entire team. You will also work on the strategic development of the business, in close collaboration with our supervisors who support you with financial and legal matters, among others. Your main areas of responsibility: - Lead, support, and make decisions in daily operations with staff and coordinators - Recruitment of new employees - Business and change management - Budget, personnel, and work environment responsibility - Ensure functional routines for staff and customers - Work with quality management, processes, and management systems - Maintain good cooperation with representatives from healthcare, authorities, and other interest organizations About You We are looking for someone who thrives in a leadership role and sees themselves as a leader. It is natural for you to be a role model for your team in daily work, and you recognize the strength of participatory and present leadership. You do not see your role as more important than anyone else's but understand how your leadership contributes to the team's job satisfaction and the care we provide to our customers. You hold a university degree in nursing, social work, occupational therapy, behavioral science, or another education that we consider equivalent, with at least 180 credits. You have a minimum of 1.5 years of experience in a leadership position, preferably within healthcare or social services. You enjoy working in a changing environment and are results-oriented. As a leader, you have a strategic perspective in all your decisions and actions, but you also have a close understanding of operational work. You find meaning in working with people and have a leadership style that is based on clarity, respect, and trust. Important for the position: - Degree from a university in a relevant field, at least 180 credits - Documented leadership experience - Experience with budget and personnel responsibility - Good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written - Valid driver’s license (B) - Experience of working in HaileyHR, Lifecare, Phoniro, Treserva, Epsilon (preferred) The position will be filled as soon as a suitable candidate is found, with interviews conducted on an ongoing basis.
