About this role

Frösunda Personal Assistance AB has had assistance offices in Sundsvall for many years and operates a secure service for both customers and assistants. We are now seeking a reliable person to join our team of customer and staff responsible operations managers working at our assistance office on Fredsgatan. This is a permanent position with a 6-month probationary period. As a customer and staff responsible/operations manager in personal assistance, you will work to enable our customers, who have various types of disabilities, to live the life they want with the help of their personal assistants. You will maintain close contact with your customers and sometimes their relatives to ensure you know exactly what their expectations are of Frösunda. You will lead and manage the personal assistants in their work and strive to provide them with good service so that both customers and employees feel secure. In your role as operations manager, you will recruit new assistants, staff daily sick shifts and longer absences. Another part of your daily work involves meeting with customers/relatives and assistants, creating schedules, approving payroll, maintaining social documentation, guiding groups, and having budget responsibility for your results unit. Standard managerial tasks such as employee and salary discussions, as well as rehabilitation responsibilities, are also included. You have a high service orientation and can handle a high-stress level. You will have support from your management colleagues, regional manager, and various support functions within the company. Of course, being a social worker or having a background in personnel and work life is meritorious but not mandatory.
