Meer Assistans AB is a growing organization headquartered in Malmö, applying for a permit with IVO to conduct personal assistance according to LSS 9 § 2. About the Role As the Operations Manager at Meer Assistans, you will be a key player in the organization, responsible for quality, development, and compliance. You will lead the operation alongside the company’s management and ensure it is conducted in accordance with LSS, SOSFS 2011:9, and other relevant regulations. Your main tasks: • Ensure the operation meets the requirements set forth by laws, regulations, and permits. • Develop and follow up on routines, documentation, and management systems. • Lead and support staff while ensuring a good working environment. • Collaborate with users, their families, and authorities. • Actively participate in the establishment of the operation and contribute to its long-term success. Qualifications • Relevant higher education (e.g., social work or equivalent). • Documented experience in LSS operations, preferably personal assistance. • Good knowledge of SOSFS 2011:9, Lex Sarah, and quality and management systems. • Experience in leading staff and working with organizational development. • Strong administrative and communication skills. Meritorious: • Previous experience as an Operations Manager or Unit Manager in personal assistance.
