About this role
Are you a person who values development, engagement, and consideration in your work life? Then we would be a great match – because we feel the same way.
By working with us, you contribute to a better everyday life for thousands of people in Marks Municipality. Not least your own. With us, you have the opportunity to grow – both as a person and in your professional role, while what you work on helps an entire community to thrive. Regardless of your tasks, you will make life a little easier for everyone who lives and works here. And that is something we highly value. Our vision is to be a close-knit municipality with a focus on people. Close to each other, our surroundings, and the future. We want to be a present community that, with calm and warmth, supports our 35,000 residents, 3,600 employees, and thousands of entrepreneurs. This makes every employee with us significant. Together, we ensure that an entire community functions well.
Within Functional Support, we work to enable people with disabilities to live active and meaningful lives in community with others and on equal terms. This can involve support in the form of guidance, daily activities, personal assistance, or housing in group and service accommodations. Functional Support is part of the social administration where development work is a high priority.
Our biggest common challenge is to meet future needs with the right competencies – fewer hands need to do more, which requires smart solutions and strong collaborations. Therefore, we have already begun taking steps to utilize our expertise in the best way both within and outside the organization.
