As the Head of Daycare, you will lead an operation with a clear focus on quality, participation, and safety. You will have overall responsibility for the municipality's daycare centers and drive development together with our dedicated principals and staff. We expect our new Head of Daycare to actively work closely with the operations and support the principals in identifying challenges, finding solutions, and implementing measures, as well as supporting the administration manager in the overall work of the administration. As the Head of Daycare, you will be part of the administration’s management team and report to the administration manager. Effective leadership requires the presence of all three components, which intersect in various ways. **QUALIFICATIONS** - Academic education, preferably in the education field. - Good insight into and a deep understanding of the school system and the complexity of the principal's role, familiar with systematic quality work at the governing level and across different units. - Previous management experience. - Strong analytical and strategic abilities, with experience in creating effective structures. - Experience working with financial frameworks and budgeting processes. - Previous experience as a principal is an advantage.
