In the fourth quarter of 2026, Attendo will open its 5th nursing home in Norrtälje. This will be a new, modern facility with 60 places for both dementia and somatic care. The Operations Manager will be responsible for starting up the facility, and we are therefore looking for a start date in April/May 2026.
In your role as Operations Manager, you will work independently to drive, lead, and develop the operations. You will report directly to the Regional Manager. You will be part of a competent management team that provides support and guidance to achieve success in your role. We have a decentralized organization where you will have the space to develop your ideas and leadership style.
**Job Description**
As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the staff, quality, finances, and customer relations of the operations. You will have access to a ready-made concept based on well-established quality work and a systematic approach to workplace safety, supported by regional resources as well as quality, finance, marketing, and HR departments.
**Qualifications**
You have a relevant higher education such as a social worker, nurse, or other post-secondary education that provides equivalent competence. The position requires at least 2 years of experience in a leadership role within healthcare and/or social services, with merit in private care.
We are looking for someone who puts the customer at the center and wants to create value for them and their relatives. You are confident in your leadership, communicative, and trustworthy. We emphasize that you are results-oriented and driven by continuous improvement. You are engaged, flexible, and work in a structured manner both in a team and independently.
You have good knowledge of the Office suite and are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written. Additional experience from the service sector and/or sales experience is an advantage.
