About the Role

More about the role

As Operations Manager with us, you will not only be responsible for the ongoing operations – you will be involved in the entire startup process. You will develop and implement routines, workflows, and structures, recruit the right competencies for the service, and ensure that we deliver rehabilitation of the highest quality.

Your main responsibilities:

• Build the service from the ground up, including developing and implementing routines and processes
• Lead and be responsible for recruitment, team development, and scheduling
• Ensure efficient operation of home rehabilitation, including route planning
• Oversee medical quality and patient safety, including compliance with legal requirements and care choice criteria
• Take responsibility for financial and operational performance, including budget tracking and optimization of care processes
• Collaborate with care partners, the region, and other stakeholders to create a seamless care chain

Who are you?

We are looking for a driven leader with at least three years of experience in leading and developing a rehabilitation service. You have prior experience in starting, developing, or managing operations within healthcare and rehabilitation and are accustomed to working both strategically and operationally.

We see that you have:

• A healthcare license with experience in rehabilitation, primary care, or related fields
• At least three to five years of experience leading and developing rehabilitation services
• Solid experience in initiating and implementing routines, workflows, and scheduling
• Ability to plan and optimize home rehabilitation
• Experience in personnel management, recruitment, and team development
• Good understanding of finance, resource planning, and care choice requirements
• Innovative thinking and a strong drive to develop primary care
