The Swedish Companies Registration Office (Bolagsverket) is an authority located in Sundsvall with over 600 employees working together for simpler and safer business operations. We are looking for two business architects with a holistic perspective who will be responsible for analyzing and documenting Bolagsverket's operations through central business models and descriptions. With us, you will become part of a competent team with broad experience who enjoy working together and supporting each other. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** We are facing many exciting challenges and assignments that involve both the development of existing operations and the establishment of new business areas. As a business architect, you will play a crucial role in creating the right conditions and structures for development work in collaboration with the business. As a business architect, you will: - Be responsible for driving, facilitating, and supporting the business in describing customer needs and how these affect existing and new capabilities. - Lead, manage, and further develop Bolagsverket's business architecture together with other business architects. - Collaborate with our IT architects to jointly describe and visualize the business using various methods and models. - Contribute to the development and management of overarching architectural principles and other governing documents for the authority's business architecture together with other business architects. - Ensure that business architecture, processes, capabilities, and information architecture work together to meet the authority's strategy and fundamental conditions. - Act as a point of contact and advisor for various stakeholders, such as different project leaders. The work includes both internal authority activities and cross-authority activities, which may involve some travel. You will belong to the development office within the department for digital development and collaboration. The development office is responsible for preparing, planning, and following up on the long-term development plan and development portfolio. The unit is also responsible for planning and monitoring the authority's system renewal from a holistic and portfolio perspective, as well as for driving and leading Bolagsverket's business architecture as part of our architectural governance. The position is based in Sundsvall or as agreed. We offer remote work, but you are expected to be present at the office in Sundsvall on a regular basis. **QUALIFICATIONS** We are looking for someone with a relevant academic background or experience that the employer deems equivalent. You are also a certified business architect or have equivalent experience. To succeed and thrive in this role, you need several years of experience in business development in leading roles at both strategic and tactical levels as a business architect or in a similar role. Furthermore, you have solid knowledge in business architecture, processes, capabilities, and information architecture. You also possess the ability to communicate clearly, pedagogically, and tailored to the audience, both in Swedish and English. It is advantageous if you also have: - Experience working in the public sector or another complex organization - Experience with agile methods and agile architectural work - Certification or training in business architecture, enterprise architecture, or established frameworks for enterprise architecture (e.g., TOGAF) or equivalent experience - Experience in change management and method development within the architectural field - Experience/knowledge of working with IT and/or IT architecture.
