The Business Analyst role is central to Balder's digital transformation. You and your three-person team will collectively ensure that our digital solutions, from data platforms to new business systems, meet the organization's needs. By acting as a link between business and IT, you will support project managers, product owners, solution architects, and developers throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring we build the right solutions that support business goals, processes, and information needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities
* Identify, analyze, and document business needs and process flows.
* Translate business needs into clear, technically understandable requirements for systems, integrations, and data processing.
* Work on both data-driven projects (e.g., data platforms, master data) and system-related projects (e.g., business system implementations).
* Drive workshops and dialogues with users, specialists, and technical teams.
* Establish and maintain requirement documents, user stories, process models, and acceptance criteria.
* Validate and follow up to ensure technical solutions meet established business requirements.
* Act as a bridge between business and IT, focusing on collecting, formulating, and validating requirements.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO
Has experience working at the intersection of business and technology and enjoys the role of translating between needs and solutions. You are structured, curious, and able to see both the big picture and details. To qualify for the position, you also have:
- Advanced experience with requirements specification in digital projects, preferably within data, integration, or system implementations.
- Strong ability to analyze business processes and translate them into functional and technical requirements.
- Good communication skills and comfort in dialogue with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Good understanding of data and integration concepts.
- Experience working in project formats and contributing to cross-functional teams.
- Fluent knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing
It is meritorious if you have experience with major system replacements, master data work, or driving improvements in requirements and testing management approaches.
