Business Analyst

Business Analyst Role Description We are seeking a Business Analyst who will take full responsibility for requirements management in a development initiative for intranet and internal communication platforms. You will update and quality assure existing documentation (interviews, personas, requirements) and transform it into traceable technical requirements for continued development. Scope: 100%. Work method: hybrid. Key Responsibilities • Analyze and revise existing materials: interviews, personas, user journeys, and collected requirements. • Structure, document, and prioritize requirements while ensuring traceability from needs to solution. • Translate business requirements into clear, verifiable technical requirements and acceptance criteria. • Manage and update key artifacts: requirement specifications, process flows, and backlog. • Coordinate stakeholders in a complex, international environment and drive work forward. • Contribute to continuous improvement in close collaboration with product and development teams. Requirements • Experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in large, global organizations. • Proven ability to structure, document, and prioritize requirements. • Comfortable working operationally and independently with a drive to deliver. • Experience with personas, user journeys, interviews, and needs analysis. • Understanding of translating business requirements into technical solutions. • Previous work with intranets, internal communication platforms, or similar systems. • Experience in international environments with multiple user groups and roles. • Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and written. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). • Knowledge of SharePoint, Microsoft 365, or similar platforms. • Background in UX, product management, or change management.
