Business Analyst

Job Description We are seeking a Business Analyst. One of our clients is undertaking comprehensive work to develop and improve their intranet and internal communication platforms. Much of the preliminary work is already completed, including interviews, personas, and requirements gathering, but the material now needs to be updated, quality-assured, and transformed into clear technical requirements for continued development. In this role, you will take a holistic approach to requirements, drive the work forward, and create structure in a complex organization with many users, roles, and markets. The work involves analyzing existing material, revising requirements, and translating business needs into traceable technical requirements. You will also be responsible for prioritizing requirements, maintaining relevant artifacts such as specifications, process flows, and backlog, and contributing to continuous improvement through close team collaboration. Qualifications: • You have experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in a large global organization. • You are accustomed to working operationally and hands-on and are a doer who makes things happen. • You have strong ability to structure, document, and prioritize requirements. • You have experience working with personas, user journeys, interviews, and needs analysis. • You understand how to translate business requirements into technical solutions. • You have previous experience with intranets, internal communication platforms, or similar systems. • You have experience working in international environments with diverse user groups and roles. • You are independent, communicative, and confident in driving your own work. • You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) is a plus. • Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, or similar platforms is a bonus. • Background in UX, product management, or change management is advantageous.
