Job Description
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a stable and well-functioning operation where you will be responsible for leading the daily work in the workshop. In close collaboration with both technicians and customers, you will be an important part of ensuring high quality, good service, and an efficient workflow. The role suits you if you enjoy taking responsibility, making decisions, and being a natural point of contact in workshop operations.
As a Workshop Foreman, you will also be responsible for receiving and planning bookings for workshop jobs, distributing work to the technicians, and ensuring that the right assignments are given to the right person at the right time. You will manage work orders and invoicing, as well as ensure that everything is documented correctly in the system. Additionally, you will handle and order spare parts and ensure that all materials are available in good time.
You will maintain close dialogue with customers and act as the contact person throughout the process. In this role, you will report to the local service manager/workshop manager in Stockholm and collaborate closely with other parts of the organization to ensure the workshop operates as efficiently and qualitatively as possible. The facility is currently located in Årsta but will be moving to northwestern Stockholm in the third quarter of 2026.
