We are now seeking a new workshop manager for our facility in Jordbro - Region Stockholm South!
Your Responsibilities
You will be responsible for ensuring that daily operations are carried out according to current instructions in a safe, efficient, and high-quality manner, which is economically beneficial for both the customer and the workshop. At Scania, workplace safety is a priority, and you will play a leading role in encouraging and ensuring a safe and sustainable working approach. As a member of the service team, you will be involved in the workshop's administration and will continuously work to maintain good relationships with customers, ensuring that work planning and information about completed work are clear both internally and to the customer.
The main tasks in this role will include planning work in dialogue with customers and technicians in the workshop, liaising with technical support, and ensuring efficiency and quality in the work performed. In the service team, we support each other, and you may also step into other roles as needed.
Who You Are

- You have a technical education or equivalent work experience and a strong interest in vehicles.
- You have experience in work leadership and managerial positions.
- You are driven, communicative, and possess a good ability to create and maintain relationships.
- You are skilled at planning and organizing.
- As a person, you are service-oriented and orderly.
- You contribute with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Above all, you are passionate about developing people.
As part of our team, you are flexible and enjoy the challenge of solving both quick and more complex issues for our customers. You are proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. A valid driver's license (Category B) is required; having Categories C, CE, and/or D is an advantage. Your contributions of good ideas to our improvement work are welcomed, as we constantly challenge our processes.
