About the role
As a Sales Security Advisor, you will be the key link between our customers and our security experts. You will play a crucial role in understanding customers' needs and desires while offering them tailored security solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to sell our products and services to both existing and potential customers through professional and personal advisory services.
Your responsibilities include:
* Customer consulting: Provide professional and personalized advice to sell our security solutions.
* Communication: Convey the customer’s security requirements and wishes to our local security experts.
* Collaboration: Work closely with our fantastic team to develop and implement tailored security solutions.
* Customer service: Ensure that our customers are 100% satisfied by delivering outstanding service and support.
Your profile:
* Experience: At least 2-3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably within the security industry.
* Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build trust and relationships.
* Drive and motivation: A goal-oriented and competitive mindset with a strong desire to achieve set goals.
* Customer-oriented: A strong customer focus with a genuine desire to help people and improve their quality of life.
