**Verification Engineer**

As a Verification Engineer at Wellspect, you will work in our Research & Development department and hold a key position in our Technical Product Management of Systems team. You will collaborate with system, electronics, and software engineers on maintenance and product development activities. You will be part of a cross-functional team that drives innovation in the area of embedded systems within the medical device sector.

**Responsibilities**
- Analyze system and subsystem requirements
- Create test specifications and test methods
- Plan and coordinate verification activities
- Perform integration and verification at different levels
- Identify necessary instruments and equipment for verification
- Create deviation reports for verification issues and conduct root cause analysis for identified deviations
**Qualifications / Background**
- An academic education (M.Sc or B.Sc.) in software, mechatronics, electronics, or a similar field
- At least 5 years of documented experience in the verification of complex systems and subsystems, including embedded devices (software and electronics)
- Proficient in writing technical documentation (specifications, design plans, reports, analyses, etc.)
- Familiar with standards (IEC 60601, IEC 62304, ISO 13485) and standardized test methods
- Strong drive to achieve goals and targets
- A creative mindset with strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Experience in the verification of complex systems within the Medical Device industry or other industries with high safety standards is highly meritorious
- Experience with EMC regulations and cybersecurity is also advantageous
